If you have any queries about one of my products, ordering, payment, delivery or anything else, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Payment

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely through STRIPE. Payment is also accepted via PAYPAL.

Fabric orders up to 3 metres are payable in advance once a sample and print times have been agreed.

For fabric orders above 3 metres and commissioned quilt orders please contact me.

Shipping

Please note that I am currently only displaying shipping information for the UK. If you wish to place an order for overseas delivery please get in touch.

Items that are in stock will be despatched within 3-5 working days of payment being received.

Products made to order: Once order/print times have been agreed you will be notified by email when the order is completed and ready to ship with an estimated delivery date.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail (tracked) or by Courier, depending on weight, size and destination.

I charge a standard £3.00 for postage for 1 x item within the UK, with an extra £1.50 for each additional item.

Product Description

Please note that as I hand print each piece there is some level of variety and inconsistency which forms part of the essential character of my hand block printing.

I endeavour to give an accurate visual and written description of my products but would strongly recommend that samples are requested before placing a fabric print order.

Returns

If you are not happy with an item please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Items returned unused, undamaged with tags attached will be fully refunded.

If your item is faulty or damaged on receipt please contact me as soon as possible within 5 days. Please return the item and a replacement will be made (if available) or a refund if not. Your return postage will also be refunded.

Please note that no refund will be made on print to order items unless faulty. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a print to order item please get in touch to discuss.

Other

Any damage caused due to construction, instalment or aftercare is the responsibility of the customer. Please follow the aftercare instructions attached to your item and contact me if you need any further information.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.
